Welcome! I'm Emilie, a French and English speaking psychotherapist with over 12 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and families. My approach centers around creating a warm, judgment-free space where my clients feel safe, seen, and valued for exactly who they are. My commitment is to offer you a welcoming environment for self-discovery, healing, and personal growth while utilizing effective and proven techniques.

Helping my clients to gently explore how their story may have impacted who they are today and progressively free them from unhelpful behaviors and thought processes and unresolved traumas. Helping them to better accept who they are at the core and to make the necessary changes to fully align with their values and essence is my passion and my aim.

Strong from this diverse experience, the latest being my employment at The Lighthouse Arabia in Dubai, I have built an adaptable and empathetic approach that respects each client’s unique journey.
